The meeting will start at 11:00am. The AGM and big meetings usually end at 1:00pm, but due to having two guest speakers, the meeting may run a little longer.

The meeting is our AGM so we will be electing people to the LDAS Board of Directors. If you know of anyone who would like to be on our Board, please support them to get in touch with us by either filling in the form attached or calling 0758 137 5213.

Our special guests for the AGM are Jeane Freeman MSP and Amanda Kopel.

Jeane Freeman MSP is the Social Security Minister at the Scottish Parliament. She will be talking to us about the new benefits system coming to Scotland. Amanda Kopel is the wife of the late Frank Kopel and will be speaking to us about the progress of Frank’s Law which aims to get rid of care charges.
